What we look for in a CV
Clients read freelancer profiles differently from HR departments. These are the three points where most CVs lose.
Projects instead of task lists
Not “responsible for commissioning”, but: which plant, which output, which result. One project per paragraph, the result first.
Numbers that give context
Budget size, line output, team size, duration. Without numbers nobody can judge whether you fit a €2 million or a €20 million project.
Clarity about you
Availability, assignment radius, willingness to travel, languages, tools (CAD, PLC, MES). What you don’t do belongs in there just as much as what you love.
